Seriously poor quality of Mercedes Benz vehicles

Bought a new ML 250 Bluetech last year. Almost a year to the day the side shaft on the rear came out of the diff. Mercedes attempted to repair the vehicle and the same part failed again. Now they want to replace axles and side shafts. this is not acceptable. They have compromised my family's life in safety and they want to repair this. I want a new vehicle. It has numerous other faults as well that have not yet been resolved. And this was the car of the year in its class.

Bought my wife a New B200 CDI. It now has 13000 km on the clock and has developed electrical shorts on the fuel system. Needs to spend days in garage to try and rectify. Unacceptable.

Bought a New E 220 CDI in 2007. I have spent over R 300 000 to repair this vehicle because Mercedes Benz refuse to take responsibility for their products. Massive, repairs done to this vehicle. Problems started at 27000 km & right from the start Mercedes Benz passed the buck. They have been dishonest and deceitful. I have been faithful to their product. They have not.

Any attempt to contact the CEO has been futile. All you get is a customer service consultant. These think Mozambique is near Windhoek when the ML 250 failed.
