My Husband and I went to Mercedes Benz in Bryanston yesterday to purchase a new M Class.
We arrived and were then told that a the salesman's computer had crashed and they needed 10 minutes and will be with us shortly.
After Waiting for half an hour, the salesman or any of the others that were there had no intention of helping us and were far more occupied huddling around one computer trying to fix the issue.
We were prepared to buy an M Class there and then but obviously Mercedes Benz Bryanston has no need to sell vehicles or provide a pleasant customer experience.
We already have a Mercedes Benz but after this experience we will no longer be using Mercedes and our business will be taken to a competitor that wants the business.
