I pay R115000 for a Toyota Hilux Bakkie, but when I got the bakkie the wipers was not working the lights and the brake lights was faulty. I took the Bakkie in to a auto electrician a pay R 9700 for the repairs, he pay R4800, but the Bakkie was in a big accident and I want to cancel the buy but Mr Jacobs said I will loose 25% for cancel fee is this correct?
I am going away for 30days from 21April 2013 I will appreciate feed back before 21 April Please
