Misinterpreted facts

I was retrenched and i Bought a Volkswagen Touran last year with the package, and unable to find work i decided to open wa steelworks, I needed a bakkie and had two options swop the Touran equal for a 2004 Colt bakkie, The second Bakkie stood at Beto car sales part of Jubilee motors on which the Salesman showed me this Nissan hard body 3.l I asked what model it was as my Touran was a 2004 he said yes a late 2003 i accepted They said they will give me 70.000 for my Car and we agreed that i paid in 5000 cash they will pay in 2000 as they wanted 77 000 I waited more than two weeks for the bakkie as they had trouble with the exhaust .i got the bakkie and realized the brakes are faulty they fixed this and i went to fetch the bakkie but the brakes was still not fixed three times with the same problem they have the bakkie again as the exhaust and brakes was faulty again on receiving the Bakkie papers two weeks ago we realized that the papers said 2000 model and not 2003/4 i went to see them as it is still with them to repair the exhaust on which i told them i want the correct model bakkie or cancel the deal as they misinterpretsaded the facts but Tommy said i must fetch the bakkie he
