SsangYong
Imperial Select & Ssangyong shift Korando blame

Victor & Rose-Marie Minnie, purchased a Ssangyong Korando 2L I All-Wheel-Drive brand new from Imperial Select, Strydom Park. At 10, 000 km on the clock we noticed that the 2 front tyres had all but completely worn smooth on the outside. Upon contacting Imperial to establish what caused this and to inquire as to what we should do, we were advised that if one hits a pot-hole it would put the car out of alignment. Sure! We would agree & understand if we had. Then why is it that both tyres are equally worn? We would recall hitting a pot-hole. Imperial then advised us to contact Ssanyong directly. We have since been pushed from pillar to post, shunted around back & forth between Imperial & Ssanyong. This is unacceptable; the after sales service for both these entities, but especially the vehicle manufacturer is shoddy to say the least. Surely it is the manufacturers' responsibility to address this, we want answers. We have even been advised by a reputable tyre fitment center, to align the vehicle would involve certain modifications to some of the nuts. NO I want someone to resolve this or I will publicise this on every single media platform i can think of. I will not accept this!
