Beginning of June 2013, I went to Shell Melville to fill up my car and have the water & oil checked. The petrol attendant, after having checked the oil, removed the bonnet stay incorrectly and in the process broke the stay. I called upon the Forecourt Manager, explained the situation and requested that they replace the bonnet stay. After numerous follow ups, they still have not replaced the stay and requested me to find a replacement, which I fail to see why I should be further inconvenienced to try and find a replacement. Already I have to deal with the inconvenience of not having a bonnet stay.
