KIA MOTORS DISAPPOINT YET AGAIN

I have taken my car in to kia motors westrand, the car has a few issues that need to be dealt with, one of them being a clutch noise, i popped in the day after i sent my car to them to check on progress, i i was informed that a part on my clutch (release bearing) needs to be changed, i witnessed mechanic opening bonnet confirming this . they then called me to advise that the car was ready for collection (warranty pending for Release bearing) and asked if i could bring back the car in a couple of days i picked up the car only to find out that the BONNET lever was broken!

i then called the representative at service centre, she had told me the service manager will call me, no call, i called the next day and the service manager answered the call, i explained my situation, the reply was that they stuck in the middle and cant say who broke it, she will call me back on monday as to whether i have to pay half for bonnet lever or if they will pay full amount!!! i fail to understand how i need to pay half as the mechanic would have had to open the bonnet with the lever to actually identify a release bearing problem? hence me saying that the car went in without a broken lever!
