Bond Street Motors
Car salesman deceived us?

I paste below my letter of complaint sent to Bond Street Motors today. If I receive a response from them I will post that up too.

My husband and I came through to Bond Street Motors on Saturday (13th April) to make a deal on the red Kia Rio we had phoned the dealership about on the Thursday (11th April) before.
Your dealer Rudi Golke took us around the car, he also checked over our Jetta which we wanted to trade in. He offered us R6K for the Jetta, then when we wanted to talk about the vehicle finance option for the Rio as we wanted to take the car, he told us that it's more expensive doing it that way, and we should rather take out a personal loan. Why would we want to do that when vehicle finance is far safer and that is what was shown on the [URL Removed] site - the repayments of which we were able to meet?
Today my husband received a mail from [URL Removed] informing him the Kia Rio we were interested in has been sold. This makes me think we were put off the deal deliberately, because this dealer had another sale in the works.
I am very disappointed as we came out there to get our new car, and instead all I have is an impression your dealership is shady.
