I have a complained about renew-it edenvale, I have taken my car in after an accident they took a month to fix it, when I collected a car they broke my bonnet opener which I couldn't even check oil now water &scrached the bonnet paint.. I got a booking after a month later to bring it back for fixing, I took it back, then I was phoned advised that they can't fix the paint scratch because it was painted somewhere else which it didn't make sense as it was the same side which they panel beated & had 2 painted. When I asked questions of how is that possible as it the same side they worked on he said he will call me back which he called after 3 days& said my car is ready for collection. I went in today 2 fetch my car now there is chips/white scratch marks on my bonnet which there were never there! when I asked i was told the car came in like that which is not true, I asked for the check in sheet it was no where to be found&he said he doesn't know why it was never done..he tells me that it was never painted but blended with paint after panel beating so now they messed up my bonnet they tell me it was painted somewhere else which it was never it was the 1st time t
