Nissan Milnerton
STATEMENTS AND CLAIMS

I bought a second hand Colt Club Cab from Nissan Milnerton in November at the time of purchase we sent them an email listing faults on Bakkie at which time Vakkie was collected from us and kept by Nissan Milnerton for 1 week at which time sms were received from Sales person Jan claiming to have stripped Gearbox and was replacing Clutch Bearing also checking Pressure plate and clutch on the 28th March this year the Bellhousing due to Slave Cylinder broke which our Warranty covers through Autosure however it will not cover consequential damage meaning the release bearing and clutch which is now damage will not be paid for this in our opinion should be for Nissan Milnerton to pay as they fraudulantly said this was being done in November last year they now tell me howcome I took 4 months before I complained and my argument is that I am not a mechanic and on being told by the dealership in November the work had been done I beleived them up until the vehicle broke down now and it was brought to my attention that the release bearing and clutch I had to pay for that I Realised the work I was told in November had been done had in fact NOT been done!!! the dealership now refuses to pay
