It was a good moment for me when I was picking up my new car, the exciting features and the benefits I was tempted also being told that they guarantee good resale value. Unfortunately they was no stock of Kia Cerato Koup, I ended up taking the demo which was on 5000KMs. 45000KMs later my car clutch was slipping, suspecting that it was a manufacture fault since it gave me the same problem before 20000KMs within a year and then disappeared. No one wanted to help me from the dealer but I was given an customer care number where I spoke to KIA Motors SA Customer Care Manager Brendan who was so rude and hang up on me. I then ask them to take the photos of the clutch to check whether it was manufacture fault or not and I was told they'll charge me for labour. The sad part is that I have no choice but to put my car on sale.
Now the False Communication from KIA MOTORS SA:
o 5 YEARS 100000KMS WARRANTY PLAN, so why am I being charged for labour.
o Guaranteed a Great Reselling Value, But 2011 bought the car for R215000 and a year later the value is R118000.
o False Parts, Clutch, Front & Rear Fogs light lever.
o Scarce Parts nationwide.
