Poor work done and lack of feedback

My car had chip marks and scratches on the bonnet, fenders as well as a dent on the roof, Absa iDirect gave the repair work to Sandrose as their preferred panel-beater. According to the assessor, the car needed a respray on the affected areas. What autobody did was used what looked like "tippex" on the chip marks, washed the car and not attended to the scratches!!
I complained, took the car in again, next thing they scratched my car at the warehouse and no one owned up to it!! Again I complained. They attended to it and did such a poor job at respraying that the primer bled through the paint! now parts of the car (paint) is not metallic! The car is in a worst state than it was when i took it in! They are also VERY BAD with communication, no feedback unless you call and pester them!
The car was initially taken to them first week of December 2012, it is now 12 April 2013 and I'm still fighting for my car to be repaired. What is that I now also have to be inconvenienced as they won't make a plan for a courtesy car whilst they are fixing their mess up.
