I took my car in for repair to Dent Docter Kathu, this was in Jan 2013, the day i was suppose to get my car the paint was all wrong BUT this was not what worried me. my car was full of chip marks everywere, bonnet side pannels, mirrors and even on the windscrene (of which was replaced in sept 2012). and even light blue paint on bonnet.firstly the worker told me it was pollish marks. when i took this up with the manager he insulted me. and told me this was all my own doing. the cars paint was changed and in early February 2013 i went to collect my car. of which the marks was not repaired. he refused to fix it.the manager the insulted me a few times more leaving me in tears and even the branch manager told me this was my own doing. i took photo's of the marks when i got home. of which i send to regent with my complaint. but with no response
i send in an complaint to regent in 24 June 2013 asking why this never got attention after mails and pics being send.got a reply from the complaints department ALSO telling me this is wear and tear and they can't fix it with photos (according to them taken before my car was fixed). i have all the pics taken before she was fixed. THEY DON'T COMPARE
