Bad Service & wasting my time and money

Are there anybody who is experiencing BAD service at GM Motors Potchefstroom?

After ordering a tow bar for my 2012 Opel Astra and confirming more that once that the price given (R3812) includes the labour as well as the complete tow bar with wiring and all I made an appointment for fitment on Monday and took my car yesterday (Thursday). I made the appointment so far in advance so that there won't be any issues regarding the time it is going to take and that the might say they are to busy. The lady at Service department (Madelene) told me to come early so I can be helped first and that normally this job takes about 3 hours but I should leave my car for the whole day so that they can make sure everything is done right as I always have a problem after them servicing my car. I was there at 7:15 and booked in the car by 7:30 when they opened.By 2pm they still haven't even started with my car and at around 15:30 I received a call that the tow bar didn't include the wiring kit and the price for this is an additional -R2700. I canceled the job! Myself is in the service (IT) industry and could not work the whole day as I don't have a car to go to clients
