I took my car for a service to Kessel Motors at the Cape Town branch on the 25th January 2013 using the Groupon voucher I purchased. I was contacted at midday by Kessel Motors advising me that my car requires additional repairs to the value of R7200. 00. This is for additional repairs to be done on a Corsa Lite 1.4.
I refused as this was a huge amount of money and requested them to list what has to be done and I will return at a later stage. I then approached 2 different garages who quoted me less than half the price, I even went further and contacted the suppliers and the value of the parts was R1800.00. I cannot understand how Kessel Motors was going to charge me over R5000.00 for labour. Kessel Motors prey on exploiting unsuspecting clients!!!
