I and my wife visited Auto pedigree in Gezina, with the purpose of buying a motor vehicle.
The salesman (Wessels) showed us the motor vehicle we were looking for and informed us about the purchase price at the stand without extras. The purchase price was R190, 000.00 inclusive of vat as per the salesman information.
Later we recieved a call from the salesman informating us that the bank approved our contract and we must come and sign it.
The saleman took us through the contract and informed us about the instalment not the contractual amount. I was sure that the agreement we are signing is one of R190, 000.00 R10, 000.00 of extras that makes R200, 000.00.
The salesman requested us to leave the contract with him. The vehecle was delevered and we were aske to fetch it. As we were driving the bakkies we realised that it does not have power and we complained to the dealer. and thy took the bakkie for repairs and we were told that its fine and we took it again, only to find that it is not, then we requested the contract. we find that in the contract the dealer requested R141, 000.00 instead of R200, 000.00. and they promise to pay us back R10, 000.0, till to date we have not recieved it.
