I took my vehicle in for an inspection at Auto Pedigree Brackenfell branch for a inspection for a offer to purchase a D4D hilux double cab Toyota with low km's where i was help very quickly were i was informed i will have a price on the same day 05/12/13 will take about 20 min. Then about 2 hours later phone and the sales representative Shafaat were out of office i left a massage for him to call me back. The next day came nothing i phoned the next week 09/12/13 and was told by Shafaat that he will phone me back with in 30 min to get the price from his manager. Know the best part of all i phone on 10/12/13 to get my price Shafaat tells me he is in Ceres i need to phone the office i find out what the offer is. My suggestion would be not to take any cars for offer to purchase to Brackenfell branch because clearly if the salesman cant even phone you back for a quote or to tell me they aren't interested how do you think will they handle back up service after a purchase of a vehicle. Will definitely not make use of their offers in the future again.
