I approached the dealer around the 18th of September to purchase a car. During the process of purchasing a car at Auto Pedigree i specifically told the slaes person thet i want the installments to be debited on the 15th of every month from by bank account and a fixed interest rate on my contract.

The initial contract stated the debit order will go of on the 1st of every month and that the contract will be that of a variable interest rate. I then insisted that the amend the interest rate to a fixed one and i was promised that the mistake will be corrected.

i was told that the mistake was corrected the second time i came back to the branch to sign the contract. to my surprise i found out that the contract was never amended when the bank called me two weeks later varifying the interest rate and the date of the debit order.

i went back to the dealer on the 4th of October to let them know and ask about what the bank was saying. they assured me that they will fix it will the bank and get back to me. I got no response and on the 9th of October i sent them an e-mail asking for an update on my matter and they still said they will get back to me, and nothing to date.
