Shocking, shocking attitude and pathetic service

We purchased a BMW x6 from Auto Glen in November 2012. To date the vehicle has been back to the workshop ten times. When we originally went to take delivery of the vehicle we were told that it had a small 4cm scratch while the salesman was parking it and that they had sent it away to repair it. Needless to say the entire bonnet and side panel was sprayed by a non approved BMW panelbeater and this was while the car was under motorplan. We signed the vehicle without seeing the contract as the salesman said the vehicle was perfect. What a shock. It even managed to go through the roadworthy with smooth back tyres. Mr George rudely informed me this morning after I had complained to BMW head Office again that I should not have gone to BMW head office as it has nothing to do with them and that he can send the vehicle to whichever panelbeater he feels like. I told him that we want to return the vehicle and he said "it's not gonna happen". So much for spending over half a million rand on a vehicle.
