On the 10 April 2013 approximately 10h00am I went to Kenfield tyres to fit a tyre for my vehicle. The weather was raining hard. I parked next to the diesel petrol pump as it was raining and there was enough space for other vehicles to pass through. As I was walking in I spoke to one of their technicians and he stated that I must ask somebody inside. When I walked in I was approaching by guy who said to me I must not park where I have parked because I am blocking the entrance. I told him that I just want to ask how much it will cost me but he did not give me a chance to finish he shouted at me in front of all the customers that were there that I MUST NOT PARK THERE, I politely asked him where do you want me to park because it is raining, he stated OUT THERE. I then asked him do you want me to go, but he was persistent about my parking. I went into my vehicle and left. I decided to go to another tyre place where my money would be appreciated. I can never advice anyone to go to Kenfield tyres anymore and I know my family and friends will not go there anymore. Their slogan is RE-TYRING SA SINCE 1939. For me it means DISHING OUT BAD SERVICE SINCE 1939.
