Purchase 4 tyres, after 10 000km with rotation found tyres "out of round" not concentric. The vehicle steering was rocking left to right.
Balancing done numerous times after rotation.
Dunlop Representative agree to replace 1 tyre, i bought 1 to replace a visually "out of round" tyre that the rep... don't want to replace.
Visit to Dunlop Jet park as they wanted to inspect the tyres themselves, cost me a day leave at work.
Dunlop gave me a document to replace a 2nd tyre as they did not have stock. Visited the Tyre dealer to replace the tyre and found that the new tyre was also "out of round".
Almost a week later i was contacted by the Tyre dealer as the new tyre arrived.
I send via mail a claim 20/03/2013:
1.Operation cost of the vehicle and kilometers
2.Tyre purchase x 1
3.Numerous balancing
4.Day leave from work
23/04/2013 I was contacted by "Ben", the only part of the claim they or he is willing to approve is the tyre purchase x 1
UNACCEPTABLE!!!
