Had a tyre with thread seperation and asked the person at Tyres 2000 Jet Park to contact Yokohama. Went back to ask what happened, no answer. Went a next time and gave my number a second time and asked about the outcome from Yokohama, no answer. Got another tyre with thread seperation. Phoned Yokohama direct and the representative came out and did a measurement and gave me credit. Got the tyres from Tyres 2000 Jetpark, asked what happened to the previous tyre? He replied it dissappeared from their store, ... what b$%^# t!!! They won't see me on their premises AGAIN!!!
