A dunlop tyre on my 4X4 Twin Cab disintegrated due to quality. I informed Dunlop before they had even seen let alone inspected the the tyre I was given a marketing response.
Of course after the inspection I get the same response. Please be advised that the tyre did not have a penetration, as the vehicle had been refilled and pressure was checked that afternoon. I have no idea in the email why a picture of another tyre was enclosed, as my tyre disintegrated.
As previously indicated all Dunlop tyres will be removed from the vehicles in question and as such will refrain of using unreliable Dunlop tyres going forward. It will save us all in the long term as we would not have to deal with an unreputable tyre manufacture. Furthermore, due to previously noted complaints due to your tyres disintegrating all complaints had said Dunlop is totally uselessness. I do concur them Dunlop is useless and as such I cannot support a business that fails to rectify their problems and a pass the buck. In a nutshell as an organisation Dunlop lack professional etiquette.
DO NOT BUY DUNLOP UNLESS YOU WANT TO DIE AS THEIR TYRES DISINTERGRATE.
