I received a letter from FORD SA to book my Ford Figo in for some tests because there is a part defect on my vehicle and need to be checked. I contact Ford Action Roodepoort / Constantia on the 7 November to book my vehicle in first the booking clerk didnt know about the letter all Figo an Ikon owners received and theny she confirmed I can book my vehicle in for the 14/11/2013. After nearly 2 hours in traffic I arrived at Ford Roodepoort just for the lady Liz to tell me they dont have stock at the moment!!! I received a call yesterday from Nina to confirm my booking - NO ONE mentioned anything about no parts etc etc. My service experience in the beginning of August was also a nightmare.
