I hereby would like to register my complaint regarding the bad service i am receiving from Ford (Stanger branch).
On the 24 April 2012 i bought a Ford Focus from the Stanger Garage in Stanger. There was no real time to do a full inspection of the car because of time contraints. When i saw that the back seat "mat" behind the passenger seat being missing, I immediately contacted the Sales Respresentative by the Name of Manesh at Stanger Garage and he then promised me to courier the item immediately. Two Months lapsed and i did not receive any feedback from him, i contacted this particular person again, and he promised me again, just like before, till today i am stil waiting for a simple compulsury component of a vehicle
