I bought an Audi 2.0TDi almost 3 weeks ago. I had to pay an R 2000 holding deposit so that the branch can commence on fixing all the problems that I noted on the offer to purchase. So Saturday came and I was called to come and pick up my vehicle, when we arrived there I inspected the car and all seem to be order as most problems was while the you drive (seatbelt sensors faulty, airbag system faulty, a crunching sound while turning the steering wheel etc.) the sales person, I will not go as far as to say she is lady, Pamela AND her manager, a scrawny and very dodgy small guy with a moustache, assured me that all the items was fixed as requested. Long story short, the problems was not fixed and I am still waiting for my holding deposit, when I email and call they are not available. Luckily my father is a corporate and commercial attorney and according to the CPA (Implied Warranty of quality section 55 to 56 and Goods do not meet paticular purpose section 20 and 55) I am firmly in the 'driving seat'. Going there tomorrow to have all my problems dealt with. I also think that all the people giving POSITIVE feedback about this place are fake and family members of the staff there.
