I took my car in for a sevice back in January 2013 and reported a problem with the radio. The dealership took the car in and tested it and reported that no fault had been found. When I objected to this, I was told that I must just be imagining things, as the radio was working when they tested it. The problem continued and when I called in again end February, early March, I was promised a call back by the service manager to have this adressed, I was asked if I could leave my car with them to check the radio, which I replied yes, but I would need a lift to work. When asked where I worked, I told them Midrand and was promptly told that Midrand was out of there way, as the delaership was in Rivonia. Well excuse me, Rivonia wasn't to far to buy the car!!! And still my radio is faulty and still no phonecall has been received from them.
BEWARE OF PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM LINDSAY SAKER RIVONIA. YOU'RE ONLY GOOD TO THEM FOR THE PURCHASE, AFTER THAT, YOU DON"T MATTER TO THEM!!
