On Monday, 4 February, Microbus, which is used for tourism, was taken to the supplier at midday for re-setting faulty "airbag" light
No feedback for the entire week
On Friday, 08 February (today) at 09h00 we found the vehicle in exactly the same place it was left by the complainant on Monday. Nothing had been done; or even inspected.
The complainant is a tourism vehicle operator and has been dealing with Lindsay Saker for 30 years, and with the Rivonia branch for about 15 years. Fleet vehicles have always been purchased from them. I would say a good customer.
In May 2012, two more microbuses were ordered, which have still not been delivered.
I would say, shocking customer care!!
