False info and redicules pricing

Needed a code for my radio as it was insafe mode. Dealer principle and service desk at the branch advised me that it would take 30min of labour to retrieve the code and cost at least R400.

I drove to lindsay saker wilrogate where i serviced my car 3months ago. was greeted by Clinton the service advisor very profesionaly with him greeting me as follow... Good afternoon Mr Alberts!

This after me only being there once 3 months ago. when querying about the code i was told to please have a cup of coffeee 5min later my radio was sorted out free of charge.

So if you need yout vw looked after and be handled in a profesional manner forget about VW Rivonia and rather drive the 30km to VW Wilrogate.

you will not regret it for one moment
