Terrible Service All-round!

In December 2012 my wife was attracted to a special run by Lindsay Saker Rivonia for the purchase of a Polo 1.4 with first payment in April 2013. All papers were submitted, and every check done and the deal was approved and all was well. She was assisted by a gentleman named Kenneth Hatlane, who then washed his hands off her straight after delivery of the vehicle.
The deal as advertised and agreed upon was null and void (not to her knowledge) as the first payment came off on the 1st of February and this was akward because this was not budgeted for and to all our knowledge the deal said first payment 1st April. I then spoke to a gentleman by the name of Ashley Muniappen (who was hard to get hold of and was not return any messages left for him). We discussed the issue over the phone and he then said he would consult with Management and would call me back. Indeed he did call back and then came with a solution that they would deposit the money debited an amount to cover for March as the debit would go off as well because the original deal was not captured correctly. It's almost 3 weeks and no one from Lindsay Saker Rivonia has said a word regarding this refund, VERY dissapointing VW!
