A day after logging my complaint i got a call from Johan the manager, a guy with good customer service... he apologised for the error and asked that i bring the car back in to make sure all was well and he threw a freebie in the process:-)
my rating moved from to 5... i'm willing to give them another chance... i hope and pray that i don't get disappointed
