Warning If You Enjoy Frustration - Choose Berade

Any query or complaint you may have in dealing with this company, be it your levy statement or general service enquiry is met with absolute frustration on every count.
Justin Ryder is the account manager at Berader on one of the properties that I own but he has been given no authority to correct any problem. Any such case has to be approved by Bernard Nel who has never been available when I called and not once returned any of my calls or emails. So all Justin says is that Bernard needs to make this decision but Bernard never responds.
I once called the Berader office and management instructed Justin to hang up the call while I was waiting on the line. This is a very strange company.
I have recently been billed for an electricity disconnection and re-connection fee. Firstly, no notice was given on this pending action. I had already paid the levy when the electrician was about to disconnect the electricity. In a panic my tenant went ahead and paid immediately to avoid the disconnection. The electricity was not disconnected. I have contacted their electrician Sheldon directly who confirms that their was no disconnection but still I am being billed R700 for this by Berader.
