Bad service and unethical business practice

On the 02 April 2013 I handed in my audi a4 2.0T to audi northcliff... the result of that was that my PCV valve needed to be replaced which I authorised duly... I received my car back that afternoon and found everything to be fine. I then used my car for the next 4 days and on the forth day the problem was back and more severe this time. I then popped the bonnet only to find that a pipe connected to the PCV was broken and taped up with installation tape. I am really appalled at the behaviour of this dealership. This is unethical business practice, I cannot believe this is the manner that they treat their clients by lying and cheating in order to make a profit. This is honestly despicable behaviour.
