I took my car to Lexus Fourways to replace the left hand headlamp plug and to re-code a new key as I did not have a key for the car and as such the car would not start.
After a year and a half of waiting for lexus technicians to complete the work on my car, and every week listening to a story about the vehicle is starting then its not then there is a problem with this that and the other as well as thievery of parts off my vehicle I was eventually handed my car back. My bill just short of 50000.00.
I took the vehicle to Harrack Aircon to re-gas the aircon system as when I got my car back the aircon was not blowing cold and to my dismay I discovered that the Headlamps on my vehicle had been re-wired by Lexus Fourways with non genuine computer boxes and dodgy wiring.
It is shocking to discover that I took my vehicle to what I thought was a reputable dealer, This is not a back street mechanic. Not only have I been treated like an by (Claude/Cliff and Martin Kloppers) but the fact that these people have used my car as personal parts source and then "Patched up" headlamps that were their incompetent technicians blew (Jurie) is shocking.
