I put fuel in my car on the 31st October 2013 at Shell Oakdene Motors Glenvista. After driving 3km my car broke down and was towed o Mazda for repair. Mazda found water contamination in my fuel tank and they had to remove my petrol tank, clean my fuel system, replace my fuel pump and fuel filter which cost me over R6000. I did get in contact with "Dawn Emmett" at Shell and I was issued a complaint reference 48982555 where they said they were investigating the issue. Since then I have called on numerous occasions to resolve and Dawn has never got back to me! I want my R6000 refunded for the damage "Shell Oakden Glenvista" did to my car! They ruined my life and caused a of a lot of inconvenience! I have also been back to the service station and logged a complaint with the manager there. I will spread the word to all motorists filling up at Shell Oakdene to stay away from here where they are risk of severely damaging this vehicles! Shell-Please have the decency to reply and sort this huge mess you have caused! This is disgusting service and concern for your customers! This matter is being taken further with legal action and becoming a greater problem for Shell! Shocking service!!
