My car had a part replaced in October 2012. On 4 separate occasions I returned the car saying that the same noise was still present. On each occasion I was told that the Tech2 showed no fault and I must wait til the part fails for them to assist. I took the car back 19 March (4th time) and the car came back sounding worse but again was told there was nothing they could do. I took the car back again yesterday 3/4/13 - and told them I was most unhappy and had been advised by an independent party that the crank pulley was the problem - a mechanical fault which can't be found by computer. Now they want me to pay because 5 months have past since they worked on it - but it has to have been incorrectly fitted originally. I will pay - because I must have a car for work - but will make sure that everyone I know is aware of the shocking service and lack of training of the staff at this branch and the bad attitude I witnessed from the 'mechanic' who spoke to me yesterday.
