I am UTTERLY disgusted by the service provided by clientele legal, i always held high regards for them and that's why i joined them but only for them to show their true colours in times of trouble.
When i joined client? le legal i SPECIFICALLY i asked the consultant whether they cover custody matters and she said yes. Unfortunately my wife passed away and now her family has held my daughter ransom demanding i pay them to get my daughter.
When i called clientele legal i was told they don't cover custody matters. When i raised the matter that i inquired about custody before joining, they said they would conduct an investigation. I later got a call telling "sorry for the inconvenience but no lawyer will be appointed to assist you". The only thing they can do is fire the sales consultant and if I'm not satisfied i can cancel my policy they will give me back my premiums. Isn't that breach of contract i asked the representative? But he told me "no lawyer will be allocated to assist you in your custody case" whether or not breach of contract. SIS mannn, SIS CLIENTELE...
What's funny is they are currently handling one of my cases concerning breach of contract
