I bought car at imperial Midrand on the 20th of December 2011 and the car was sold to me by Sibusiso and I understand he no longer works there. The car that I bought there I was told it was Suzuki Alto GLS 1.0 even the contract I got from your dealer showed that the car is a Alto GLS 1.0. Even the document from MFC shows I bought Alto GLS 1.0.
I found out this because I wanted to sell the car that's when I was told the car is not a GLS but a GL and I immediately contacted imperial Midrand to notify them of this and my insurance. My insurance decreased my premium from R 793.77 to R 666.01 since February 2013 and they told if I was involve in an accident they wouldn't have cover me because their record showed I was driving Suzuki Alto 1.0 GLS not GL. But they understood the mistake was not on my side, because when I was looking for insurance I used the information that I have that I'm driving Suzuki Alto 1.0 GLS and I was quoted based on the model of the car, paid higher premiums for the car for 13 months.
