I rented a car with this company for 6days and I paid cash for 7days as I was returning the car late on the 6th day. It was a cash rental & I obviously had to pay cash upfront for the full duration including the deposit. On the 4th day of the rental their car (polo which was R500/day) started heating up only to find they gave me a car with no water. I called and they sent me a replacement as the car was only due back in 2 days. Contract said they would give me back my deposit in 4days, it took 2weeks of run arounds before I got my deposit & it was only half of what they owed me. Only to find they were charging me twice from the day they delivered the replacement car & collected the defaulted one, R1000/day for a polo. I sent them an email, the owner didn't even realize the error, she emailed me back the invoices & when I pointed out that they were double charging me for 2 cars while I had only one she then stopped responding. To this day she hasn't told me why they double charged me and refuses to pay me back my money that they took from my deposit for no reason.
