I will never again buy any car from Global Nissan SIlverton. In January my husband and I wanted to buy a new car, so we went and see SAM that was the sales person. After our application came back he refered us to an ITC SPECIALIST that will be able to assist us in buying a car and to resend our application to the bank. After thousands of Rands paid to this SPECIALIST that was called by the sales person and organised the meeting we never got the service to clear ITC record and gone was all our money. After numerous attemps with GLobal Nissan Silverton we couldnt claim our money, they just said Global Nissan has got nothing to do with the deal, but his sales person refered and called the specialist infront of the customer and arranged the whole deal? After 3 months of phonecalls and taking of work to claim our money from the guilty person, we finaly got it sorted and the sales person will be paying our money back from his own pocket!!! Now it is just to buy a new car... hopefully that will not take 3 months!!!
