UTI wasted my entire day!!

I have been anxiously waiting for the delivery of my Virgin Mobile micro-sim card.

At 10am this morning I received a call from a UTI driver (from a private unlisted number), saying he was in my area, but he needed directions to my house. He could barely speak english, and I needed to repeat the directions constantly. Eventually he said he would just start driving and call me when he was closer.

I waited 2 hours for him before I realised that obviously something was wrong. I then found the number of the UTI office in Pietermaritzburg, and after explaining the situation 3 times to 3 different people, I was put through to a man called "Lucky" who said he would get hold of the driver and then phone me back.

I then waited another 3 hours (now 3pm!!) before realising that obviously Lucky was NOT going to phone me back. I am still sitting waiting for the delivery!!! I have now sat around wasting my entire day when there were a thousand things I needed to do in town.

My questions are: (1) How can a courier service not have maps, or GPS, or even Google maps??? (2) When will I get my delivery?? Do I have to sit around wasting another day!! I am EXTREMELY hacked off!!!
