Poor service and damaged goods

AGS Frasers... the initial "reception" was friendly and very helpful, but once the payment was done and goods loaded customer service and common courtesy became an issue. Firstly I supplied exact GPS coordinates for the delivery and the consultant never conveyed the information after I had even taken pictures to make their task easier. This combined with the coordinates should have made it a breeze, but I still had to drive and meet the removal truck as no information was passed on to them. When the truck finally arrived they had to offload another clients property first to access ours which points to poor planning. Items loaded in one piece came out disassembled and damaged. On more than one occasion I requested that the consultant, Melissa, contact me on my mobile... I am still waiting for the call. I am sure the commissions have been paid and the reasoning is "why bother". Now I am busy dealing with the insurance part of things and the saga continues. AGS Frasers, Pickfords and Stuttafords are supposed to be the most reputable removals... and they belong to the same holding group. It may even be better using a cheaper company and pay extra on insurance.
