I urgently needed to buy a vehicle following the of both my family vehicles on Friday 15 March 2013. I tested 5 different manufacturers vehicles and decided to buy the very impressive VW Polo Vivo 1.4 Trendline. I visited McCarthy Volkswagen Constantia and was warmly welcomed by Lulu on Tuesday 19 March 2013. I provided my specifications (colour, trim etc) and optional extras for the vehicle (a wide variety is available) stressing the urgency to have the vehicle by Saturday of the same week. To compound the time constraint, Thursday 21 March 2013 was a Public holiday. Being a top-seller, the VW Vivo Trendline 1.4 63 kw with my spec was not available on the floor at that point in time (all sold or reserved for other clients). Lulu made a plan and sourced my vehicle while continually briefing me on progress. I took delivery on the Saturday and my life has again returned to normal. Thanks McCarthy VW Constantia and Lulu for putting the customer first and meeting a tight deadline. The vehicle too is great value for money and a true pleasure to drive.
