Firstly i wouldn't advise anyone to purchase a vehicle from VW Constantia.
I purchased a vehicle 3 months ago brand new 2013 (VW POLO 1.4 Trendline)
After a couple of weeks the vehicle started making a weird noise and the fuel consumption was very high, to which i called the Salesman and he asked m to book the vehicle in, because it's such a distance from my workplace i asked if he could make sure the vehicle will be looked at and checked by 12 which he promised. When we arrived there the vehicle had not being touched except to be told it's the engine mountings (explain that on a new vehicle) a week later the vehicle gets stuck in park mode and wouldnt move into gear, we called VW assist who was very helpful but then the vehicle went into gear for some strange reason, i sent an email asking what can be done as i would like to send this vehicle back as it's giving problems.
i get a response back from the New Car Sales Manager.
It is with regret that I have to inform you that we do not take back vehicles.
The car that you bought you have driven for 3 months now you want the dealer to take it back, sorry that cannot happen.
Is this how you treat customers?
