My rental car was return 11 minutes late last sunday, and they have the cheek to not only bill me for a full extra day but at DOUBLE the rate, and cound not care less when i called them to complain, what disgusting service and DO NOT belive all there marketing and " we car for you " advertizing, still waiting for a call back, over R 700.00 for 11 minutes when the whole weekend rental was ony R 750 . DO NOT USE EUROPCAR, GO TO SOMEONE ELSE THEY ARE!!!
