Put me off buying VW in the future

Due to bad service historically with VW Fourways, I decided to try VW Rivonia. Bad idea.
I called to book the vehicle in for its 90000km service. I left 3 messages for somebody to call me back to book the vehicle in. No reply. When I did get hold of somebody, they proceeded to take all the details of issues I was having with my vehicle. However, when I arrived to book the car in, I had to repeat the whole exercise again, as nobody had any record of the details I had already given.
Issues I reported upon booking in: 1.rear lights giving error message on the dash. 2.Bearings making a humming noise, 3.steering column creaking.
I also requested that my vehicle be ready before 4pm, as I was working in Pretoria, and needed to get there before 6pm.
By 1pm, I had heard nothing, and started calling for an update, and again nobody available, and reply from messages I left. I got collected just before 5pm, and only got to the dealer at around 5:30pm.
Nothing I had requested had even been looked at on the vehicle. And when I confronted the situation, I was told to drive the vehicle for the weekend, and if the problems persisted, to book the vehicle in again for another full day.
