I have had grief from day 1 of owning my Bmw 320i E90 2009 Model.
This car has been a nightmare since day 1, i now own the car for 2years.
My Car has been into the dealships for repairs 15 times, i have gotten stuck with the car 3 times already.
My Courtesy car is a "Toyota Yaris", yes thats bmw for you, pay for a bmw and they give you a Toyota.
I have no problems driving a toyota, if my monthly installment was for one.
All my repairs have been repeat repairs, for this year my car has been in for repairs for 5 weeks in total.
And guess what, they still cant locate the fault, even after reporting a "puma" case.
Noone from Bmw ever calls, all they do is give you a reference number and tell you they cant find the fault.
Tshego Fifio was some director at Bmw, who never returns my calls.
I have been asking BMW SA asking them to take this car back, i dont want money back, just dont want a bmw, but the lady said NO.This is after me writing a 4 page letter describing all the faults and problems i have been experiencing and have been through. They just dont give a. But you get a reference number!!!
If you a buy a 320i and your car goes into the dealership, you are actually looked down upon
