NOT GETTING DOCUMENTS DELIVERED!!!

My company has been a loyal customer for years now, but I'm beginning to regret it bitterly. We frequently send important documents to government offices with a request for Skynet to wait and pick up a stamped proof of receipt at the point of delivery. Skynet would then courier this stamped proof of receipt back to us. We used to be helped by a manager at Skynet called Lithea and she always got it done for us in time. When she left she didn't hand us over to anybody so now we are stuck with bad service in that we request for your guys to wait for stamped proof of delivery at the point of delivery (BOTH VERBAL REQUEST & WRITTEN REQUEST ON THE WAYBILL), but this is always TOTALLY IGNORED! This kind of appalling service is symptomatic of a business that takes its paying customer for granted, and of a workforce that is not adequately trained. I want a manager whom I can talk to each time I need to attach special instructions to my waybills, put me in touch with someone who is committed to giving me value for money. As it stands I have no kind words to say about you if anyone asks me.
