Egarding my kia picanto that was sold to me with an expired disk and no spare key, i now realised that the car doesnt have any service history. i tried to speak to everyone including the managers, i just want to speak to the dealership's principal, Ettiene, before i take this matter to the ombudsman. Pity no one wants to give me Ettiene's numbers. but by tommorow this will be with the ombudsman.
