Imperial Select Multi Franchise

In March 2012 I bought a used Kia Picanto from Imperial Chery in Boksburg. In March 2013 the "bonnet" changed colour from Silver to yellowish with fine cracks along the bonnet and side of the vehicle. I tried to trade it in and Kia Motors said that my vehicle is worth nothing as it was involved in an accident and poorly repaired. I did some investigation and my car was repaired, off which I was never informed of when I bought it. I visited the roadworthy testing station and dicovered that my vehicle had 102 000 kilos on the clock when going through the test, at the time of purchase it was about 30 000. So what happened?? I did follow up with Rian from the dealership next door as Nicholas apparently do not work there anymore. I was told to take my complaint to the Motor Industry Ombudsman as he can do nothing for me and he is almost sure that the Ombudsman will not rule in my favor. I was under the impression that Imperial select is a well established company within the world market, unbelievable that within this company is handled in this manner.
